Fraser Valley Volleyball Commission

 

Hi, this is Sean Engbers, the Commissioner of the Fraser Valley Volleyball Association.  To bring you up to speed on the fees be sure you have registered with FVSSAA and paid your Fraser Valley fees.  On top of those are the FVVC fees for Sr. Teams.
 
          - FVSSAA fee - Sr. Teams $80.00 each - Jr. Teams - $35.00-$40.00 each.
          - FVVC fee - Each Sr. Team to pay $400.00
 
You may preregister online at www.fvvc.bc.ca but must show up at a commission host site on that Wednesday, September 15th with
 
To preregister go to www.fvvc.bc.ca and click on "Fraser Valley Leagues", then click on "School Registration", then type in -  fvvc2010 and click the "Submit" button (DO NOT HIT ENTER AS THIS WILL NOT WORK).  Then fill out your schools information.  You need school numbers for boys and girls and you need Athletic Director and coaches contact information (home phone, work phone, e-mail and cell phone).
 
1.  The Fraser Valley League Registration Form found on www.fvvc.bc.ca and it must be filled out. There is a link to it on the home page found on the green line saying "League Registration Form". 
2.  Your $400/team on that day and give it to the host.  I am currently working on the website trying to make modifications...easier said than done.  If the Registration form still says 2009, that is OK as all the same information applies.
3.  For your own interest sake, if there are any dates you know you cannot host games, this is the time to speak up and we will do our best to accomidate, but it is not guaranteed that we can accomidate everyone's schedule.
 
A late fee of $50.00 is applied for registrations after the 2nd Wednesday and your teams place in leagues will be determined by the commission as to where it will make the least amount of impact on the structures set in place.
 
Once the registration process in complete, the coordinators will contact you and let you know about when the league will start and where you will be playing.

Important items for ADs and Coaches:

1.  To LOGIN to the site to get your schedule (once it is loaded) you go to the HOME page and look on the bottom left hand side where you see the LOGIN box.  Type in your email address (that was used at registration) and the password (that was entered at registration)  If you are unsure about the password that was used talk to the person who did your registration.  If they were unsure what to use we suggested they use your last name. 

2.  Once you are logged in you can change your password.  Forgot your password?  Email  webmaster@fvvc.bc.ca 

3.  Once you are logged in you will be able to see your schedule.  At this point none, all or part of your schedule may be logged into the site.  We have over 600 matches to enter so be patient.  Please go by whatever your league coordinator has provided until you can see your schedule on the website.

4.  If you find a discrepency between the website and what the league coordinator has given you contact your league coordinator to find out which is correct.  It could be a login error.

5.  The LOGIN box is where you REPORT YOUR SCORES.  Do not call your league coordinator.  BUT...keep your scoresheets until the end of the season, in case of disagreement.  The winner of each match enters the scores.
